MetaStock^TM Y2K

Dear MetaStock^TM Users,

Thank you for inquiring about the Y2K status of MetaStock^TM products family. MetaStock^TM for Windows 6.51 and earlier will be replaced by MetaStock^TM for Windows 6.52. The MetaStock^TM for Windows 6.51 and earlier will be discontinued before the Millennium, there will be no millenium testing of those products which are being made obsolete.

The MetaStock^TM for Windows 6.51 and earlier will function in limited capacities after December 31, 1999; however, it is impossible to add new price data dated January 1, 2000 and after. They will accept year 2000 as 1900, there is no guarantee that functions (such as indicators and other tools) that use dates for calculations will give correct results. We also have tried forcing new data into the millennium year, resulting the data didn't appear in the chart. We highly recommend that you upgrade to MetaStock^TM 6.52 or MetaStock^TM 7 EOD now.

However MetaStock^TM 6.5 has been updated with a patch currently available free of charge. You may download it by clicking the following button:

After the download, run MSW652.EXE and your MetaStock^TM upgraded to 6.52. You can also get the patch on CD (Rp150,000), please contact us if you want to get the CD.
